At the end of last year, we introduced a new class to our RE/MAX Hallmark University which has been incredibly popular with our Realtors. Whenever our class on Scripts and Dialogues is offered, it sells out quicker than any ReUnion concert of Lep Zeppelin! Obviously getting as much information on the right Scripts and Dialogues to use when dealing with our clients is important, and who better to learn these tools from than real estate experts using them in their day to day real estate business?
Carver Fraser and his wife and business partner Marian Neal, both of our Mt Pleasant office have stepped up and generously offered to help their peers improve their skills around Scripts and Dialogues. Marian Neal and Carver Fraser, make up an incredibly successful real estate couple at RE/MAX Hallmark and are consistently acknowledged in the real estate community throughout Canada and North America as leaders in our industry. They make a difference with the work they do for their clients and in their willingness to share their skills with their peers.
Yesterday, their class on Scripts and Dialogues was of course jammed packed with Realtors from our company, and each one left with incredible tools to help them better serve their clients moving forward.
Scripts and Dialogue is just one of the many classes being offered free to any RE/MAX Hallmark Realtors. Other classes on Business Marketing, Commercial Real Estate, Prospecting, Buyer Representation, Seller Representation, Real Estate Law, Internet Marketing and many others are continually offered at our Learning Centre. Check out, www.TrainingAndEvents.ca to keep up to date on upcoming programs and classes of interest.
Love Carver & Marian. I got to know and enjoy their company on a more personal basis last June on a company trip. Absolutely delightful people and at the 'top of their game' in this business. They are regulars at the Yonge St. meetings and have shared enormously with the rest of us. Carver is a hidden gem and one of the most insightful realtors I'met. (WARNING: watch wear you walk if you see him wearing brown shoes. He'll explain that for you!)
