Another year soon approaches, and with that comes the obvious reflections on the past year and the usual aspirations for change in one form or another for the coming year.
Why does January 1st of each year have to be so "intentional?" Why can't any other day of the year be filled with reflection and hope for change?
Wouldn't it be great if we approached each day as New Year's Day? Imagine taking the time to reflect on what we did the previous day ascertaining if what we were doing was true to our way of being, and than make the changes necessary to make sure the current day was one filled with purpose, inspiration and fulfillment.
In 2011, I vow to make each day as fulfilling as I possibly can by being clear to my values and my dreams. I pledge to do the best I can by being engaged in life and making a difference to each and every one I come in contact with.
It's a big dream, but with a new start each day - it can be achieved.
Happy New Year - today and everyday.
Ken-ster,
FYI - The Concierge Desk at 500 Doris (c14) is called "Director of First Impressions"
It reminded me of some old realty course that suggested that name for Branch Office Receptionists.
Happy & Prosperous 2011
