If you are like me, when you come across exceptional service and a good story to go with it, you want to tell everyone you know about it. Well here goes.
My barbeque was in need of a drastic tuneup. Wasn't firing on all cylinders if you know what I mean. I am one of the many "Barbequers" who turns the que on, fires up the steaks, and then shuts the lid when done. Maintenance? Forget about it.
Today I met Charles Dalton, (the guy on the right in the photo) the founder and owner of Barbeque Pro. Charles and his helper Ken came to my house, took apart my barbeque and made it new again. Sparkling new. They replaced faulty parts, scrapped away last summers dinners and made it look easy. It wasn't.
Charles told me he started this company 3 or so years ago by going around on his bicycle and door knocking on houses, in the evening - after he had finished putting in a full day of work at his full time job. Charles was armed with a spray bottle of some heavy duty cleanser, steel wool and a desire to work for himself. Today, Charles does 4 cleanings a day, 1500 a year and has several crews on the road.
What I love most about all of this is the service he delivered. He was on time, kept me informed of what he was doing, told me what I needed and made arrangements to drop by next week with a new and improved part for my barbeque.
If you or your clients need help with your barbeque, call Charles up. He and his great crew will look after you. You can get more info from his website, simply click here., or you can call his office at 416 925 9585
